Who We Are
Pathway Home Outreach Ministries is a community-focused nonprofit organization committed to helping vulnerable individuals and families overcome life’s challenges through direct outreach, advocacy, emergency assistance, and supportive services.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide compassionate outreach, emergency assistance, housing support, contacts to legal advocacy, veteran advocacy, and community resources to individuals and families in need while helping restore stability, dignity, and hope throughout our communities.
Our Services
Homeless Outreach and Support
We provide direct outreach services to individuals currently experiencing homelessness by
offering food, hygiene supplies, clothing, resource navigation, emotional support, and
connections to housing and community services.
Our outreach teams work compassionately to build trust and provide assistance that helps
individuals move toward stability and permanent housing solutions.
Housing Assistance & Stabilization
We assist individuals and families in obtaining stable housing through advocacy, housing
resource referrals, placement support, and assistance navigating available community
programs.
Our goal is not only to help people transition out of homelessness, but also to help families
maintain long-term housing stability and independence.
Eviction & Foreclosure Prevention
Pathway Home Outreach Ministries works to help prevent families and individuals from
losing their homes due to financial hardship whenever possible.
Depending on available resources and program availability, we may provide:
• Emergency monetary assistance
• Rental assistance support
• Utility assistance referrals
• Foreclosure prevention advocacy
• Connections to legal assistance and housing advocacy services
• Case management and resource coordination
We believe prevention is one of the strongest tools in reducing homelessness and
preserving family stability.
Veteran Assistance & Support
We proudly support veterans and their families by helping connect them with essential
resources, housing assistance, advocacy services, benefits navigation, emergency support,
and community programs.
Our mission honors those who served by ensuring they are treated with dignity,
compassion, and respect while receiving the assistance they need.
Food Distribution & Community Outreach
We organize food distribution events, community outreach initiatives, and emergency
support programs designed to serve underserved populations throughout the community.
Our outreach efforts focus on ensuring that no individual or family feels forgotten during
difficult times.
